Elizabeth Hill

Co-Founder, EnVision

Elizabeth Hill is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur with 25 years of experience across technology, global manufacturing, creative production, and community development. A pioneer in early online communities, Elizabeth built one of the first web portals connecting people around shared interests before leading an international ready-to-wear fashion company and later producing award-winning feature films. Her experience ranges from managing global product development and ethical manufacturing partnerships in Los Angeles, Guangzhou, and Dhaka to leading complex film productions under aggressive timelines and ambitious budgets. Elizabeth's decade of service with nonprofit organizations in the United States and Mexico, including work with foster youth, unhoused individuals, and military families, provides a deeply grounded understanding of the communities EnVision is designed to support.

Tom Moore

VP of Technology

Tom Moore has spent his career at the intersection of breakthrough engineering and commercial innovation. A Purdue industrial engineer, he has worked across sports analysis, life sciences, manufacturing, and entertainment, with pioneering work in human biomechanics and motion analysis applied to prosthetics development and AI-driven robotics. His technologies have been used by U.S. Olympic training centers, international research facilities, and professional sports teams for over 35 years. With a history of translating cutting-edge research into market-ready technologies and successful business exits, Tom brings decades of experience in engineering, human performance, and deep technical innovation to the EnVision team. Beyond his professional work, he created fundraising applications that helped public schools and nonprofit organizations raise more than $4 million, and has spent over 20 years coaching youth sports through Denver Public Schools, youth leagues, and the YMCA.

Chris Bourne

Public Sector Evangelist

Chris Bourne is a nationally recognized innovation and strategy leader with a distinguished career spanning military service, federal leadership, and community impact. A retired U.S. Marine Corps colonel and the first Deputy Assistant Secretary for Innovation at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Chris was selected as a 2023 Hoover Institution Veteran Fellow at Stanford University to advance innovative solutions to the nation’s most complex community challenges. His commitment to service continues through his board role with the National Center for Healthy Veterans and his long-standing dedication to coaching youth sports.

Ken Battle

Regional Coordinator

Ken Battle’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and expanding opportunity. A respected civic leader with decades of experience advancing economic mobility and regional development, Ken recognized EnVision’s potential during the U.S. Census Bureau’s Open Data for Good Grand Challenge and became one of its earliest champions. A retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, his leadership extends across military service, government advisory roles, and nonprofit initiatives, including the South Carolina Commission for Minority Affairs, the Economic Continuity Alliance, and Charleston Advancement Academy.

Jim Hill

OPS Founder and EnVision Innovator

Dr. Jim Hill is a technology entrepreneur and human performance innovator who founded OPS to transform how organizations measure, develop, and optimize human potential. Drawing on a career that spans enterprise technology, military leadership, and organizational science, Jim previously served on Sun Microsystems’ global sales team and as a U.S. Marine Corps officer. He earned his undergraduate degree in real estate and urban development from The Ohio State University and a doctorate in human and organizational performance from the University of Southern California, and has dedicated decades to workforce advancement through leadership with Silicon Valley’s NOVA Workforce Board and Project Hired.
